Equipment & Quality Assurance
In our office, we have equipped with Datacolor Spectro 1000 and SPECTRALIGHT QC light boxes. These advanced tools enable us to strictly monitor color consistency, ensuring that all our products meet the highest color standards.
Future Development & Laboratory Expansion
In 2025, we will relocate to Jiangyin High-Tech Development Zone, where we will establish our own fabric testing laboratory. The laboratory expansion will be implemented in three phases over a three-year period, which is a plan designed to help us meet industry requirements and strengthen our cooperation with buyers. Once fully completed, the laboratory will be capable of conducting all essential materialization indicator tests, which can further safeguard product quality for both our company and our customers.

Quality Management (QC/QA)
Raw Material Inspection: Incoming inspection and batch control of yarns, fabrics, dyes, auxiliaries, etc.
In-process Inspection: Online quality monitoring of weaving, dyeing & finishing, printing, post-treatment and other processes.
Finished Product Inspection: Full inspection of appearance, color fastness, tensile strength, shrinkage, environmental indicators (such as Oeko-Tex, REACH), etc.
Quality System: Implementation of ISO 9001, 5S, SOP and other management standards, issuance of inspection reports and quality traceability.
Defect Handling: Analysis of customer complaints.
